Shining Bright: Year 6 Students Awarded By Youth Tech Festival

Year 6 physics enthusiasts — Ekaterina, Feodor, Iaroslav, and Anna — were awarded at the first Youth Tech Festival hosted at the University of Nicosia.

Their research project, “Rotating Solar Panel – May The Light Energy Be with You,” earned acclaim for its innovative approach. The team proposed solar panels that dynamically track the sun, optimizing energy absorption from this renewable source.

The encouraging role of their physics teacher, Ms. Despina, was also acknowledged along with other educators at the event.
