Med High Eco Club ‘Cultivation Day’ 🪴

Med High Eco Club planted oregano, mint and lavender (Alion) as part of ‘Cultivation Day’- our first activity as members of the NZ4Y program.

Net Zero for Youth (NZ4Y) is the result of a collective effort between CYMEPA, the Department of Education, Sport and Youth as well as secondary school teachers. The program aims to raise awareness and mobilise young people towards a more environmentally friendly lifestyle and accelerate progress towards a more sustainable future.

Students will be responsible for the growth of their plants and their progress will be monitored by their teachers. Judging from the photographs, it is apparent how much our young environmentalists enjoyed getting their hands dirty!
