Dear Parents / Guardians,
We would like to inform you that Med High Schools pupils are automatically covered by Cosmos Insurance.
The insurance provides 24hour personal cover from September 1st 2024 until June 30th 2025 in the case of an accident only.
Benefits of the insurance policy are as follows:
Maximum Payable
1. Death €2000
2. Permanent Full Disability €20000
3. Doctor’s Expenses (including clinic expenses, x-rays, operations, etc.) €2000
4. Dental Treatment after an accident €200
It is the parents’ responsibility to submit, within a week of the accident, the claim form (see below) along with all relevant receipts to
