
Erasmus Day!
Med High successfully celebrated its first Erasmus Day, with a fun-filled day which included exhibits, activities with European guests even our very own Olympian!
This annual week of festivities, highlights the impact and opportunities provided by the Erasmus+ program across Europe a (Erasmus Days 2024) with over 9000 participating organisations across the continent and beyond.
Med High Private English School celebrated with the following activities:
1) Displays of projects, flags, posters and mascots created by students of the Languages Department.
2) A whole school assembly explaining the significance of Erasmus Days and honouring our Swedish (Rudbeckianska Gymnasiet) and German (Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock Gymnasium) guests.
3) Activities and games with our Year 6 students and 12 Swedish students organised by Mr Avgerinos.
4) Presentation and quiz by Dr Peki, sports scientist and Med High P.E teacher.
5) ‘Questions and answers’ with Ms Agni Charalambous Olympian (Sidney Olympics 2000) and Med High P.E teacher.
6) Olympic Gymnastic Display by Daria Khudobiak year 5.
7) Olympic Game table with quizzes, memorabilia from the Paris and other Olympic Games and IDEP promotional material.
Med High is proud to have achieved Erasmus+ accreditation since February.
