We are thrilled to announce that our school has been asked to be in charge of a Cheering Point for the Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon.

This will also be our school’s meeting point on the day.

Runner or not, wear you Harry’s day T-shirt and join us to cheer and support all the runners!
(Runners in the 1K and 5K running events will be guided to the starting line on time)

We will be there from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. so let’s enjoy this special day together!

Order your Harry’s day t-shirts after school today, and support the Ronald McDonald House Charities Cyprus which offers housing next to hospital wards to the families of seriously ill children. ALL proceeds from the t-shirts will go to this worthy cause due to the generosity of our sponsor POKE SCUSE.
 
The Med High Charity Club will also continue to take registrations for the Radisson blu Larnaca Marathon but as we are allowed to enter a maximum of 200 runners for the 5km corporate race, we advise you register soon whilst places are still available!

PTA Book Drive

The PTA are supporting the English department to help resurrect the love of reading.
.
On the 8th November we will hold a non-uniform day book donation drive at all schools. We ask that all students donate any English new, or gently used fiction books, non-fiction books, comics or autobiographies. Our aim is to collect as many as we can from all different genres and age groups.
.
So please browse your book collections at home, dust off those old classics, look up in the loft for those forgotten stories and don’t forget those boxes packed away in the garage. PTA members and volunteers will be at all school entrances on the day to help take your book donations.

For any children who can’t find a book to donate a €2 contribution can also be made on the day.
