‘AI in Education’ Training Session

June is a time for reflection, planning, and professional development—and this year is no exception!

Mr. Adamos Ioannou, our IT Manager, led a training session for staff on the powerful applications of AI in education. The session explored both the benefits of AI in teaching and the challenges posed by student misuse, offering practical strategies to address them.

The training was informed by the recent Erasmus+ funded course “Artificial Intelligence in Education: Teaching and Learning in the Age of AI”, which Mr. Ioannou completed alongside our Academic Director, Mr. Yanni Pavlou.

The knowledge and insights gained from this course are now being shared with our teaching staff, ensuring that the entire school community benefits from this cutting-edge professional development!

This initiative supports the second objective of our Erasmus Plan: to enhance 21st-century skills in our learners, preparing them for the workforce of tomorrow.

Grade 6 Graduation 2025: A Night to Remember

This June, we celebrated a joyful and emotional milestone: the graduation of two Grade 6 classes for the first time in our school’s history. It was an evening full of pride, laughter, and heartfelt moments as our Junior School students prepared to begin their next chapter in high school.

The ceremony opened with a warm speech from the Principal, followed by a graduate message—a poem written by the children during their final weeks, reflecting on everything they had learnt, treasured, and the impact of their teachers.

Mr. Tom and Ms. Maria then shared touching and humorous stories about each student, capturing their unique journeys on stage. Academic awards and certificates were presented, followed by a celebratory dinner to mark the occasion.

Congratulations to our Grade 6 students, their families, and teachers for all their hard work. We wish you a happy summer and can’t wait to see all that you achieve in high school!
