We are proud to announce that our participation in this year’s Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon together with the selling of ‘Harry’s Day’ t-shirts, has raised a total of €2023 for the Ronald McDonald House Charities Cyprus!
This event would not have been possible without the dedication of the Charity Club, Mr. Steve, Ms. Chriso, Mr. Adamo and of course our wonderful cheering point team!
It is however because of the generosity of our sponsor POKE SCUSE that this year’s event was so successful and we would like to express our sincere gratitude.
Finally, we would like to congratulate and thank our enthusiastic runners and of course all of YOU who supported this memorable event!
This winter will be a difficult one for many members of our community, especially the most vulnerable ones.
Med High Charity Club will once again be supporting Sister Thomas’ efforts to spread some momentary relief to these families by collecting vital food and hygiene items.
From Monday 12th December until Friday the 16th we will be collecting the following items at the Charity Club drop-off table at the front of the school.
· Dried (nonperishable) foods and cans such as pasta, rice, flour, oil.
· Baby food items such as milk powder, nappies/diapers, baby food.
· Cleaning and hygiene products- soaps, shampoo, washing liquids.
· Festive foods/items- biscuits, chocolates and NEW toys.
If we all just bring ONE item each, we can at least put a temporary smile on the face of someone less fortunate than ourselves.
